“Max's never ceases to amaze me. With short notice you put together a wonderful lunch for our largest customer. The food and service were great and reasonably priced as well. As usual, our company picnic was a complete success. Max's handles every detail from finding the perfect spot, getting transportation to and from each of our locations, constant fresh hot grilled food for all afternoon, icy cold drinks and a game program for kids of each age group, even an ice cream cart. Every year, 300-400 people have a great afternoon. Max's handles the difficult job of our company Christmas lunch. It moves from location to location each year, and you have to make it work within a working lumber yard. The menu varies each time - we just let you decide and the people enjoy it, Our outdoor customer events have been successful in part to Max's taking care of all the food and drink. We have it at different locations, and the service has always been smooth and efficient. At showroom grand openings and wine tasting parties Max's has stepped up with gourmet offerings to fit each event. We never have to worry - we just let you know when and where and you take care of everything. Max's has become a partner with Lee Lumber in any event or party. Just wanted to drop you a note to let you know how happy we were with the Open House party you catered for us.  You and Chef Ed outdid yourselves!  All the food was fresh and delicious. The shrimp were outstanding. And everyone LOVED the lamb chops…even me, and I’m not normally a big lamb chop eater!  The three tartlets were also superb.  We were really thrilled with the whole menu – a great selection of “finger food” that we were able to serve in place of a formal “sit-down” dinner.  And we’re still enjoying the leftovers. 
Best of all, even with an open kitchen, you made and kept everything beautiful, preparing it all right in front of our guests while everyone partied, and displaying it all elegantly.
We were also so impressed with your lovely server, Shirley, who went out of her way to make sure drinks were refreshed and offered to get things for people without being asked.  Then, at the end of the party, she worked hard to leave our home spotless, even when I told her not to worry about it. 
Thank you, thank you, thank you!  Many of our friends have commented on how great our party was and we will continue to recommend Catering by Max’s!”
